Chef/Owner of a number of reputable restaurants, including the well known Paranga Restaurant – Jamie Watt is no stranger to the industry and has embraced his role at Magnolia. He describes his dishes as “good, honest food” – what you read on the menu is what you’ll taste on your palate.

The seasonal and varied dishes are inspired by fresh ingredients and perfectly suited to all taste buds. Our mouthwatering menu offers a wide range of delicious options and include starters, sushi, salads, anti-pasti, grills, curries, game, seafood, chef's favourites, pizzas and of course delectable deserts. You are spoilt for choice and will certainly leave satisfied and eager to come back to try something else off our menu.


Desserts are decadent to say the least… ranging from homemade nougat honeycomb parfait with raspberry mojito jam to double baked chocolate brownies with clementine syrup and caramel fudge sauce – you will not be left wanting.

Our full menu as well as pizzas and sushi are available as takeaway so you can enjoy some Magnolia in the comfort of your own home.

For someone who was nominated as Young Chef of the Year in his trainee years, Jamie has an impressive resume and lists The Queen, Prince Charles, FW de Klerk and Charlize Theron as some of the most famous people he has prepared meals for. His professional background includes stints at Plettenberg Park, The Cape Milner Hotel, and The Royal Hotel amongst many others.
